17/04/2024 at Llangorse Lake

Evening visit. Purple Heron in Ty Mawr field before flying off towards the flooded fields. Flew back towards the point after being put up by a very low flying Chinook. Flooded fields had, amongst others, Ring-necked Duck, Garganey, Shoveler, Tufted duck, Teal as well as 6 Curlew and 4 Little Egret put up by a Goshawk. 2 Yellow Wagtail with 4 Pied Wagtail by the wall. Two Barnacle geese flew over. Lots of Sand Martin over floods and lake.
