16/04/2024 at Llangorse Lake.

Purple Heron, one flew from marshy area, behind willow, west of hide and finally lost to view as it headed to west end of lake. Several good but brief views as it flew along edge of lake but obscured by willows. Also noted, Ring-necked Duck seen from hide with 4 Pochard and 3 Tufted. Teal c30, Shoveler 8-9, Goosander 1, Gadwall 8, little Egret 1, Grey Heron 2, Snipe heard, Common Sandpiper 1 on point from carpark. Oystercatcher 1, G B B Gull 1, Tree Pipit 1, Redstart 2-3, Reed Warbler 1-2, Sand Martin 80+, Also at Brechfa Pool, Curlew 4.
