Ringing - Curlew

Ring description: BINGO - got good views of the pair today.'Black 18' & metal BTO ring on rt leg/orange plastic ring above the left knee. Its mate is unringed.

This bird (probable male) had been seen at Llangasty Point 10 days ago, and possibly at Llangorse some weeks before that. Great to trace one of these c/r Curlew back to its breeding territory. I completely missed the birds there last summer.
