Mute Swans - 24/01/2014 at Llangorse Lake

Ring description: 2 mute swans with blue rings 7HNL and 7HVV

7HNL (ZY4125) was ringed as a 1+ yr female at Llandrindod Lake on 6th September 2012. 7HVV (ZY5677) was ringed as a cygnet (one of 6) on the Montgomery Canal, Abermule on 16th September 2013. Strikes me as quite a long journey that for a Swan of 7-8 months.
