Ringing - Mute Swan

Mute Swan - 17/09/2012 at Ty Mawr Pool, Llanfrynach

Ring description: 7DXL - a new find, i think. Blue ring with white lettering, rt leg.

Probably one of a pair present there all summer, no cygnets. [Tony Cross has responded to say it was ringed as a cygnet on 27th November 2005 at Brecon Canal. No history so we will not know if it has been away on holiday at all - I suspect it has been at Ty Mawr Pool for some years. VAK]
