Four Green Sandpiper indicating autumn migration has started!! Also a Little Grebe, 3 prs Stock Dove, a family of Kestrel, one brood of Goosander, 2 Kingfisher and several family parties Common Sandpiper. Female Grey Wagtail with metal ring on left leg.

Just to maybe start the ball rolling. As a GBW participant, I find that there seesm to be S.E England bias in many of the trends. Are people finding at present more variety of birds feeding in the garden feeders than normal? On today's count at 12.00hrs I 16 sparrows, 9 siskins, 11 B Tit 7 G Tit, 14 Chaffinch, 3 G.S.Woodpeckers, when normanlly it would be a handful of Tits and a few Chaffinch.

three family parties of Bullfiches in approx. 2 km length of road running from Tirabad to Cynala. Have not sighted as many in such close proximity for many years. Congratulations on an excellent site, a much needed addition to local birders.

Evening visit. 21 Lapwing, 1 CSandpiper, 1 chipping Snipe,2 YWagtails from car park. 500+ CGoose and 1 Barnacle - over 90% of these geese are now ringed following the Ringing Group catch-up over the weekend.

Around Libanus at the moment: Swifts, Swallows, House martins, Sparrow Hawk, Buzzard's, Red Kites. I can hear a Twany Owl at night - I must try to see it!

Birds in my Garden upto 30/6/07 Blue & Great Tits, Siskins, Dunocks, Tree & House sparrows, Gold, Green & Bull Finches, Chafinches, Greater Spotted Woodpecker, Magpies & Jackdaws, Collared Doves. Upto 6 Corn Bunting at a time - disappeared with the bad weather! Ive not seen these in Wales before - Plenty in Hampshire where I used to live.
