Peregrine South Breconshire February 2009 - August 2009 Mike Warburton (SWPMG) BTO ring on left leg.White darvic ring on right with the letters `DJ`. Female of a pair that successfully raised three young.Three years old and was ringed as a pulli at a private site in Shropshire in 2006.

Cormorant Llangasty 30.10.09 Mark Waldron Orange darvic ring on left leg possibly reading '010' Some research by Chris Wells has shown that this bird was almost certainly ringed at Abberton Reservoir, Essex at least three or four years ago. There is though an outside possibility of it being an Italian bird so it could be a valuable ringing recovery if seen again.

Mute Swan Glasbury 30.09.09 Mark Waldron Orange 'P91' W16691 Edward Bird has confirmed that this female was ringed along with its mate and 2 of 3 cygnets on the Wye at Hay on 13.8.05. It was not thought that they had bred locally as later in the day the family group was chased off by a dominant pair. This family group was then at Glasbury from 19.8.05 to 27.9.05 which is the last record until now.
