Sighting location: Cwm Claisfer. Sighting date: 21/03/10
Tree Pipit in repeated display flight at entrance to Cwm Claisfer today at 1055 for twenty minutes. Would be pleased if someone would enlighten us.Is this early for such a sighting? [Not impossible, but surprising in a cool, late spring such as this. 2nd-8th April have been typical first dates in the last decade. Beware Meadow Pipits parachuting in early spring sunshine.
