Blaen Onnau, normally 3 or 4 pairs breeding at this location. this year i have only seen 1 pair but they have bred successfully.

This fella is singing from dawn to dusk every day, lovely to be woken up every morning by him singing from an Ash tree right outside the bedroom window, better than any alarm clock!!

This bird was sat on the wires in the field next to my garden as I came out of my hide, not the best hand holding these lenses hence the poor quality. Quite a surprise as I don't see many in this area.

This harsh light is quite challenging and combined with the low res doesn't do images any favours. Also factor in 'Numpties' with dogs............
